Consultation - Psychotherapy

An intake consultation is an initial short meeting between a client and a mental health professional. During this meeting, the client shares relevant personal information, reasons for seeking therapy, and their goals or concerns. This time also gives the client the space to ask any questions they may have about the therapist and/or the process.

There are many moments in life that feel isolating whether you are struggling with coping, with confidence, with attachment, or with having a safe space to process.
